Who We Are
ISLAND EXPERT PRIVATE LIMITED is a foreign investment company which was established by an industry of professionals originating from reputable international construction contractors. Operating since the 10th of November, 2010; our services include the Design/Construction of New Houses, Construction/Remodelling of Residential Structures, Project Management/Renovation & Maintenance of High End Resorts.
Each project is managed by our team of highly experienced personnel, incorporating the services of various professionals in the architectural, engineering, quantity surveying and other related fields. Our Management team work force is from Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Maldives and Germany.
Top management believes in an open door policy and our Chairman, Mr. Anon Songpanya is personally involved with each and every project. Such a “hands-on” approach ensures that healthy relations are maintained between our clients and the company at all times.
The objectives of the company are defined in the Memorandum of Association and Regulations which are laid out in the Articles of Association. The board of directors' key purpose is to ensure the company's prosperity by collectively directing the company's affairs, whilst meeting the appropriate interests of its shareholders and stakeholders. In addition to business and financial issues, board of directors must deal with challenges and issues relating to corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and corporate ethics.
